If you’re on our Free Starter Plan, you’ll have lifetime access to our essential HR templates, checklists and guides, free forever. Paid plans unlock the full library of documents, which you can download and tailor for your business at any time during your subscription.
We do not want you to miss out on any important updates to your HR documentation, processes or knowledge. But we appreciate you are busy and therefore do not want to have to keep reminders of when your subscription renews. Therefore, we will notify you 2 months before your subscription is due to renew. Of course, if your business has changed, or you would prefer not to renew, you simply need to give us the required 30 days notice to cancel the auto-renewal.
Yes, you will be notified by email of any new document updates so that you can update your own records.
Our support calls are designed to answer quick, easy questions regarding the documentation in the academy and therefore we do not anticipate that questions should take longer than 15 minutes to answer. If your query is more complex, urgent or of a more generalist nature, your HR expert will advise you of other options available to you.
Yes, you can upgrade your package. You will simply be charged the pro-rata amount for the time left on your current package (in full months). Your auto-renewal will then remain at that level. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade.
You will be able to downgrade upon renewal, simply email our customer services team who will be happy to ensure that your renewal is changed.

Yes, you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice before renewal. If you cancel a paid plan, you’ll continue to enjoy access to your Free Forever Starter Plan, but you’ll no longer receive updates or access to premium content.
